Break The Illusion (Spoken Words)

Written by: Rare phoenix357

I was born in a world that dresses me in lies, Fed me names i never asked for, Taught me to dream within borders, Taught me to speak without truth.

They told me who i was before i could remember myself, Built a cage, called it normal, built a script, called it life. But i never agreed to this play.

I am not the fear they sold in silence, Not the shame they whispered in systems, Not the mask they made me wear so i couldn’t fit in, Shrink down, sit quiet, stay blind.

NO

I am the question that cracks the mirror. I am the fire behind closed eyes. I am the soul that remembers freedom- Even when the world forgot the sound of it.

So today, I speak: “I am not what the world told me to be.” “I choose presence over programming.” “I let go of the illusions dressed as comfort.”

Because what’s real cannot be sold, and what’s free cannot be cages. I see through the veil. Speak from the flame.

I remember. And now, Your will too.
